Established in 1961, Eastern (1961) is now
the biggest reefer servicing company
in Singapore.

- Eastern has been specializing in the servicing of refrigerated (reefer) containers for shipping lines and leasing companies for more than 35 years. Our customers have come to greatly value our outstanding levels of service and invited us to provide the same outside of Singapore.
- We have since expanded our service network to Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam and grown to a total staff strength of more than 700 people:
- This is further endorsed by the biggest reefer machine maker, Carrier, which has awarded Eastern with the Top Performance Award, an award given to the best dealer in the region. Besides being appointed as a service dealer for Carrier, Daikin, Star-Cool and Thermo-King, Eastern is also appointed by Daikin as a Satellite Parts Centre (SPC) to hold sufficient inventory for distribution to dealers within the region.
- To serve customers better, Eastern has expanded its services to include ship-kit management and container body repairs. In recent years, we have also co-operated with our partners to start up a refrigeration truck business in the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Through our newly JV company, Cogent Eastern Precision Pte Ltd is specializes in the manufacturing, modification and repair of standard and customizable containers based on customer’s specifications and requirements.

We are an authorized dealer and warranty service providerfor Carrier, Daikin, Klinge, Star Cool and Thermo-king Reefer Containers.

Reefer Repairs Services

We provide Reefer Maintenance & Repair Services inside the PSA Terminals& Depotsand overseas through our joint-venture network.
Ship-Kits Management

We provide one-stop solution for Global Ship-Kit Management, including the Reefer Parts Replenishment, 24/7 Technical Support to Vessels and Liaising with Partners for Reefer Abnormalities.
